GoogleThe good - Elisha was prompt in sorting out my tenancy agreement when I asked and would always answer my questions quickly. The bad: 1. Missing building fob which they had months to sort out but waited until I picked up the keys to inform me, still not received this. There is an app as an alternative but this is flaky at best. 2. Broken front door lock meaning I either have to prop the door open or be locked out and have to ask the concierge to let me in. They knew about this issue when they came to do the inventory before I moved in but didn’t bother to get it sorted out or inform me of the problem. 3. Assigned a property manager who is out of office for the entire Christmas period and given no other point of contact except for the contracted out emergency maintenance number which is useless outside of genuine emergencies. 4. Calling up the office is pointless because nobody answers the phone and if you do get through to someone you just get told the people you need are out of office and that if you email your property manager you might get lucky if they check their email… 5. Similar to the above, not told about how to report maintenance issues on their portal. Currently have a broken fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher with no knowledge of how to report these issues. 6. Cleaning clause in the contract yet the flat had clearly not been cleaned - Microwave covered in food, counter tops and shelves dusty, stains on furniture and tables etc

GoogleTotally shocking the way we’re being treated, putting aside the list of faults that are still outstanding from day one, this company has continued to ignore health and safety implications, there excuse has continued to be we need a specialist to fix the fire door and it’s still outstanding 2 months later!!!

Googlethey avoid you personally if you have an issue they dont want to deal with. they avoided my phone calls, 10 seconds after i tried from a different number and they picked up. they also lost documents and blamed us.

GoogleAwful check in process. Given the wrong fob and kept waiting outside town centre building. Having to pay man with van waiting time and also ongoing road parking charges. Yet no one responding when you call (been trying since 1 hour and it’s 3pm on weekday..)

GoogleDon't believe the good reviews as I suspect they are either from members of staff or their family and friends. This lot are rip off merchants through and through. I wouldn't trust them to run a bath. Avoid !
