GoogleAvoid them - the worst agents I’ve used. They are passive and unwilling to deal with substantial property issues. Their responses will take you in circles and falsely pass the buck on to tenants. They are also disorganised - arranging things last minute and losing property keys. There are far better agents out there.

GoogleLilly Johnson was very helpful for years with renting my apartment. I dunnow what has happened since she left, but the latest tenant they proposed had a CCJ process and numerous other red flags. And they insisted it was fine! Something strange seems to be happening at JS and i would avoid them.

GoogleScammers! Be very aware of giving these a holding deposit. I had reassurance from sophia that it was redundable to find out it isnt if your not successful in your application. £200 gone for nothing.

GoogleAwful experience, misadvertised property that wasn’t fit to be rented out. Studio apartment rented out as 1 bedroom. Property was never cleaned cob webs and a mattress that had urine marks all over it. 7 weeks later still chasing agent for support and not helping.

GoogleIt is a company that you can not trust, as they habitually do not address your questions. Without my prior consent or agreement, they suddenly charged me a bill more than £600 for some simple repairing works that were not urgent or emergent.

GoogleRecently moved to a new place but it had not been properly checked to ensure smooth experience. The utilities didn’t work. The mechanics or contractors came and didn’t resolve the problem. The agents show unprofessional manner and racism towards internationals.

GoogleWendy was with us from booking a viewing to moving in and beyond. She made herself available when we needed her, or if not then very soon afterwards. Even when another event happened and overlapped our move, Wendy was still there for us. Very good service!
