Since the beginning they treated our property as if one of their own. We'd like to praise their professionalism and full transparency in all of the matters. They helped us become good landlords towards our tenants via letting us know about the issues and provided their recommendation immediately. Every information was recorded either on emails or in our account. We'd also like to mention the details and organised information they provided with every property inspection. GoogleThis agency is the best I’ve ever had to deal with! From getting our keys to us within a short space of time as we were rushed to get a property, to ensuring an engineer came out to us the same day the boiler had packed in, to getting a plumber out the same day we told them there was a slight fault with the downstairs toilet, sending a gardener to maintain the garden and always being on hand! With the pressures of being a newly wed and finding our first home as a couple, Dipika really has helped us through this process and honestly has made it such an easy interaction for us!

GoogleHopeless to deal with. A house they let out as got a front wall that blew down in the January storms and now 5 months later they still have not repaired it. Even though it is unsightly and quite dangerous. Ewe move make all the excuses under the sun not to make area safe. UPDATE In 2025 2 years on and the wall is still broken. This agency clearly doesn't look after it's properties so avoid this agency.
