Brilliant service from start to finish. Always answered calls or if it was answer phone called back straight away. On top of everything all the time i bought a property from Jefferies and sold through Jeffries too. Will definitely recommend and use again

Really disappointed. Survey received from surveyors On Gloucester Road, they devalued it by £25k. Everything was wrong with it but Jeffries advised house was worth the selling price and our surveyor through the bank was wrong and another surveyor would value it differently. My mortgage was rejected as property to much of a risk. House straight back on market and even had a email sent though To me of property’s that might interest you with the house on it. I hope they are honest with new potential buyers on the property although it’s Gone back up for sale £30k more than valued price. I dislike leaving negative feedback but clearly Jeffries are concerned more about the money and letting people buy an over priced house.

We had four valuations which varied wildly. Of them all, Jeffries supplied the most realistic justification for the value based on similar houses so we went with them. Our house then sold to dream buyers for the asking price on the first viewing. I'd like to think we were just lucky (though obviously there is the nagging thought that we should have asked for more). The sale went through without a hitch, so Jefferies didn't really have much to do, but I can't fault what they did.

If you are looking to sell a property in the Havant area, I would highly recommend Jeffries. When selling our house, we met with a few estate agents, but as soon as I met Rob the branch manager, I knew that Jefferies were the one! Their competitive rate sealed the deal, and they did not disappoint, the level of service is second to none. They generated interest quickly and was able to secure an asking price offer within a week of being on the market. It was challenging at times due to the pandemic, but Rob the branch manager was fantastic. It was the first time I put my house on the market. I had told the agent, I’m not desperate for a sale and unless I get a set price, I will take it off the market. Jeffries handled the sale of my house terribly. A lot of viewers, but no genuine buyers, who could afford it. Some of the offers were over 30 k below asking price. I felt pressured by the agent to accept it, even though it had only been in the market for a few days. Agent kept saying someone’s name, who doesn’t live at the property anymore, or had ANY legal rights to it, and asking why I didn’t let him make this alteration to the house or the other!!!! How they knew it, I have no idea, but it was very very creepy! Needless to say, I took my property off the market immediately. I do not intend to work with Jaffries ever in the future because it didn’t feel, they were working for me, even though I was the one who chose to give them my custom. As it stands, I’m glad I didn’t sell and not planning on it at all.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

This estate agent has been great 5* service, Dylan had been a fantastic agent he has shown me around so many property’s and he is always happy he never moans even if I get lost and run late as I don’t know the area. You can tell he enjoys his job as he is always happy and knowledgable he has great customer service which is hard to find these days and he’s been amazing. I have purchased a few properties now and Jeffries dibbens have been the best agent I have viewed through, having dealt with lots of agents I can’t recommend this company enough, from start to finish they go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need. Our house sale was not straightforward but Jeffries were excellent from beginning to end. They gave a competitive valuation and provided a steady stream of qualified potential buyers. They adapted well to the restrictions of Covid, managed viewings without us being present and ensured that the sale finally went through. The fact that they work as a team meant there was always someone to discuss issues with and they were thoroughly professional throughout.
