We made an appointment to view a property with an employee during his vwry first week. As first time buyers who have had nothing to do with estate agents before, we arrived at the property and waited a good 15 mins and no body showed. We called to ask if we need to knock or wait and were told no appointment had been made and had we had a confirmation email. We explained that we hadn't and hadn't been told we needed one, to which we were rudely told, it is common knowledge to have a confirmation email. Really quite rude and not understanding at all.NegativeProfessionalism

We were selling my elderly Dads house and chose Dibbens to sell his property for him. We couldn't of ask for a better agent, all viewings were accompanied and agents wore all the required PPE at all times, they even made sure that my Dad was OK for us on every visit. In many cases the agent was getting there early to have a chat with him to explain what was happening before the potential buyers arrived. The selling process went without a hitch which was fantastic with all matters dealt with promptly and efficiently. We can't recommend them enoughPositiveProfessionalism

I have used Dibbens several times both buying and selling. They always put maximum effort into advertising and selling your property. They are courteous, professional, friendly and easy to do business with. They keep you updated every step of the way. Buying through them is just the same, when we were part of a chain of 12 properties, they worked tirelessly to make sure the chain remained strong and did not fall apart. Ashley, Michelle and their team made my house sale experience as stress free as possible! They took care of everything and even helped when they didn’t need too going above and beyond what I expected (especially Lewis for going round to the property to resolve an issue before the sale went through)! I was a nightmare customer at times but no matter what I threw at them they dealt with it in a calm, professional manner resolving any issue I had. We had used Jeffries&Dibbens to sell our house in Portchester so when the time came to sell again it was an easy decision to make to stay with the same firm and we are very glad we did. We sold our three-bed terraced home with Dibbens of Gosport where Ashley and his team were very informative and supportive of our situation. Our home was advertised in Sept 20 and an offer accepted less than 10 days later for the full asking price. We had not been on the housing market for over 15 years and we were in the middle of a pandemic! Ashley and Michelle made our experience less stressful by keeping us updated regularly, advising us on potential implications early, and ensured that viewings were handled safely during the pandemic. Ashley's eye for detail brought the best out of our property which was captured in the professional photographs he presented to us for the marketing material, and Michelle's expert guidance on the processes and procedures got us through the overwhelming surge of information we needed to process. I don't normally bother with reviews but Rob and his team at Jeffries in Southsea provided such an exceptional service I feel it necessary. Throughout the sale and purchase I received regular comprehensive updates, nothing was too much trouble and I had complete confidence in the team. My purchase was complicated and I truly believe that if it wasn't for Rob's knowledge and expert advice the sale/purchase would have not have gone through, for this I am truly thankful. The whole team went above and beyond what you would expect from a regular estate agent. Jeffries is no regular estate agents, they are everything and more, offering an exceptional professional service with the personal touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Excellent service from Jeffries & Dibbens, from the initial (very professional) valuation by James through to exchange of contracts only 4 weeks later. Throughout J&D were extremely responsive and each member of staff appeared to be fully up to speed with the transaction and was very helpful - going above and beyond to assist us with, what was, a remote transaction.
