If your a buyer don't use them there only on the sellers side and will point the finger at everyone else IE solicitor , savayer as they don't take any responsibility for the buyer poor action in any way . They will promise to get back to you but they don't all they care about this the split of the money . Sellers your love them buyer beware.

We can’t thank Will and the team at the Fareham branch enough for their professionalism and help during what turned out to be a difficult and stressful move. From our first meeting through to completion, Will was always on hand with a calm and level headed approach no matter what curve ball was thrown our way. If you are thinking of buying or selling your home in Fareham we can’t recommend them highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

I cannot recommend these Agents too highly. In particular Lauren and Fiona proved knowledgeable and very professional. They have supported me from sale (offers came in the day after showing the property) through to exchanging contracts. They have kept me fully informed of the process every step of the way, proactively communicating with solicitors and colleagues within the chain. This was particularly helpful and reassuring as I live at the other end of the country. Thank you.
