I never usually write reviews, yet now I feel inclined to do so since I have recently rented a flat through Jackson Stops estate agents in Teddington in which I had a fabulous experience. Alex (Alexander Bassett-Romo) and team (Mark Birch and Lara Hammond) were the friendliest and most honest estate agents I’ve ever encountered to date.
I was looking for a property to rent in short notice, and Alex was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and responsive in any communication with me throughout. He kept me up to date on everything and could not have wished for better understanding and service of what I wanted. I will now be moving into a property that I like. I fully recommend Jackson-Stops estate agent to anyone who wishes to deal with a friendly team and give full support to find the right place.
Thank you so much Alex and team

GoogleThis is the third time we have used Jackson Stops in Teddington to manage our property for us while we are overseas. Mark and the team have always found us great tenants and we have confidence in their ability to deal with any issues that occur in our absence. They know the area well and offer the personal touch that is often hard to find these days. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleMy partner and I signed a rental contract with them, and their service so far has been excellent. Everyone we have spoken with at the agency has been incredibly professional. After moving they reached out to us to confirm that we were happy with everything. Their after-sales service is incredible.

GoogleMy partner and I have just signed a rental contract with them, and their service so far has been excellent. Everyone we have spoken with at the agency has been incredibly professional. Francesca Bradbury went out of her way to accommodate a couple of last-minute viewings for us, which allowed us to find our ideal place. Mark Birch conducted the viewings, providing us with all the information we needed. He has been extremely professional and responsive, very attentive to our every question, which has reassured us at every step throughout this process. We very much appreciate all their work and support.

GoogleI purchased a property through Jackson-Stops and highly recommend them, they are friendly professional and knowledgeable. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and given the current circumstances (Covid-19 pandemic) Darrell and the team have been amazing.

GoogleDarrell, Lucy, David and the entire team were great to work with. We bought a house with them and also subsequently instructed them to sell our house. They were all very professional and empathetic and even when things got a bit challenging, handled the pressure calmly. We would recommend JS to anyone!

GoogleThe staff at Jackson Stops, Dorking were all polite, friendly and proactive throughout the process of our house move. We bought our new house via them, but they were extremely helpful in liaising with all the other parties in the chain, and chasing where necessary. I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleAdam was thoughtful and listened to what I was looking for in a first rental property. His communication was prompt helpful and any issues were resolved without issue. He found times to show me flats that fit with my work schedule and I found a home after two viewings. After some frustrating experiences with other agents this was refreshingly smooth and effective.
