GoogleMy sister and I recently rented a flat through jackskson stops. We were shown the flat by Adam who was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. :) Even though things were slightly delayed by covid things went as smoothly as they could have. :)

GoogleI am truly impressed with the quality of services provided by the sales team at the Jackson-Stops Teddington. Particularly with Tobias Klomps who had managed to organise three viewings for me with a hard-pressed tiny window I could provide from my tight work schedule. Super efficient, friendly and helpful. Sincere, courteous and very responsive. No question is left unanswered. Very thorough all the way through. This is definitely the first stop if anyone is interested in finding the right property in the area.

GoogleWe found the sales team at Jackson Stops to be highly professional, especially throughout this very challenging COVID season. Realistic expectations were agreed regarding the sale price, marketing and appointments were handled efficiently and we were very happy to receive a few acceptable offers. When an agreed sale fell through, a further sale was promptly agreed. We have no hesitation in recommending Dan, Karl and team.

GoogleThe work Tobias Klomps did with us has been without any doubt outstanding. He was able to understand our needs and help us to find the right property within our budget with a garden which we were looking for in a very short time. It is with this focus and determination that he has been successful on our transaction. Despite many difficulties he helped us to go through the process. He was always available for our calls and responsive to our emails. If we had not met him after 8 months’ search, we would probably be still searching.It was pleasure to meet and work with him and I truly recommend him for your property services.

GoogleGreat experience overall with Jackson Stops. Adam is easy to communicate with on the phone and via emails. Informative with the questions we had, we felt at ease when going through the letting process. Also the property manager Laura is excellent in helping with any maintenance issues such as heating, plumbing and electrical problems. Other members have been nice on the phone but I didn’t catch their names. Thanks team Jackson-Stops in general

GoogleI've been a tenant in a property managed by Jackson-Stops Teddington for five years now and could not be happier with the service provided. Mark Birch in particular is great - right from the start he has been friendly, professional and responsive. Whenever issues have cropped up from time to time he has been supportive and keen to ensure everything is put right. Mark is a pleasure to deal with and, backed up by a good team, has made renting and living in this property a pleasure.

The Property Manager, Anne O'Toole is highly responsive, always follows through and has a good team of tradespeople at hand. We feel our property is in very good hands.

Francesca was very efficient, attentive and knowledgeable in helping me from the initial stages of the viewing to receiving of the keys. Francesca consistently checked in and communicated where we were at within the process. Jackson-Stops professionalism and customer service approach has been refreshing and the best I have experienced within the property industry. I would have no doubts working with them in the future, and I would highly recommend.

GoogleI instructed Jackson Stops, Teddington in late August 2020 to conduct the sale of my local property. Dan Burkinshaw, director, oversaw the transaction impressively from day one, leaving the day to day process mainly in the hands of a young man, Tobias Klomps. Tobias was always polite but firm in his exchanges with myself and my wife, prompt in responding to texts and phone calls, and worked diligently and with no little skill in his conduct of the bulk of the many early viewings at the property which led to an agreement STC at above the asking price. Subsequently he dealt with numerous phone calls from the ultimate purchasers, arranged visits on their behalf (well in excess of double figures) by architects, builders and other contractors over a period of two months or more, throughout which time he displayed two key attributes- patience and persistence; no easy feat during a pandemic. Our reward was the sale of the property and the ability to purchase another we had set our heart on; his reward, we hope-was the knowledge that he had done everything he could to achieve a successful outcome and had done so in the most professional manner. There were of course others who were involved in less conspicuous roles in the office and our thanks goes to them and to all the Teddington team
