GoogleWe worked with Joe Slack at Jackson Stops, who was involved in sellling us our first house. Joe was a pleasure to work with throughout and was extremely helpful and patient with our many questions and requests for viewings. It was a relief to have such a delightful guy to talk us through the process, which is daunting and complex for first time buyers such as ourselves. Dealing with other members of the team while Joe was out of the office was also great; staff are all really helpful and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleHaving made the decision to relocate I was lucky enough to view the ideal flat with Jackson-Stops. Due to the responsive, seamless and helpful approach of Tom Ridgeway I had happily secured a super flat in the perfect location after a single busy day of viewing. Within a few working days all documentation was provided and completed professionally. Having been a private tenant over many years the service provided by the team at Jackson Stops was outstanding.

GoogleMyself and my partner would definitely recommend Jackson stops. We were shown a property by Francesca Bradbury at the Teddington branch. We had lots of experience with estate agents and we can both honestly say she was the most helpful estate agent we have come across. She was able to answer all of our questions and had all the information we needed with her on the day. She really went out of her way, helped with communication with the landlord, was patient with all of our questions and guided us through the process seamlessly. Please pass on our thanks, we love our new place! 😊

GoogleFrom the second I walked into Jackson-Stops Tobias Klomps impressed me with his attention to us and our story and attention to detail. Other estate agents pointedly told me that we were "in between / on the cusp of two areas. We didn't get that from Tobias. He listened hard and missed no detail. His Director, Dan Burkinshaw was around to see us that afternoon. Jackson-Stops have shown so much to believe in - and I don't expect that we will be let down.

GoogleGreat service from this Estate Agent......we had a house sale that lasted 9 months....not our or the Agents fault.....just the rubbish system that we have to go through esp when things go wrong out of your Control. We have two or three people looking after our sale with the last one being Dan......calmed us down when I was ready to go mad, but got us to a conclusion on a 9 house sale. Would recommend them from our experience.....actually my experience is not move at all but so long as you have people who communicate with you then its a bit better.......insist on that with all party's in the moving process.
