Their knowledge of the local market is second to none, they took a professional and considered approach to all aspects of the sale and their execution in marketing of the property really was of the highest standard. In extremely challenging market conditions the sale was completed in record time, achieving our expectations on price and exceeding our expectations in respects to speed of execution. GoogleJackson Stops Dorking managed our sale and purchase of properties in the region of £1.2m. They are genuine experts in this end of the market and offered us sound advice the whole way through what ended up being a 2 year process in a very tricky market. All of the JS team were great- always professional whilst being friendly and approachable. They worked their socks off for us and their fee was very reasonable. We would recommend without hesitation- they are the best!

GoogleCan't recommend these guys enough! From the first meeting I felt confident they were the best agent for us. They are friendly, professional and gave us confidence the selling process would be smooth and it couldn't have been more so. Communications were spot on all the way through and no stone was left unturned. We secured a buyer and exchanged contracts on a chain of 5 within 6 weeks. Thank you guys - if we ever move again, which will be never ... we would definitely use you again.

We began our search around the Dorking and Betchworth areas about 18 months ago, visiting countless properties, all guided by the absolute gem of a lady, Lucy. She’s enthusiastic, incredibly patient, and you’ll understand what I mean when you meet her. GoogleThe team led by David at Jackson Stops were excellent during the sale of our property. Good knowledge of the market meant we had a sensible target price. There was a good flow of viewings which the agents handled well and provided prompt feedback on them. As we closed in on a sale they acted wherever possible to keep the process moving and resolve problems and queries ending in a successful sale in a timely way for an acceptable price.
