I first met Lucy when she showed me around the property I have now purchased. From the very beginning, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lucy was highly professional whilst maintaining a warm and friendly approach. She was able to answer most of the questions I had regarding the property and, for anything she was unsure of, she ensured I received a response either the same day or shortly afterwards.
