GoogleTom Ridgeway and the wider Lettings Team at Jackson Stops & Staff have been managing my property for 13 years. Tom has always been extremely professional, knowlegeable about the Teddington rental market, helpful with rental legislation advice and/or general property management of my tenants. I live in Australia so it has been a burden lifted off my shoulders to have a trusted estate agency who I trust and would highly recommend. She even had an order form ready to go, and everything was sorted for my move within 48 hours of viewing! Can’t recommend Mia enough, especially when finding a property can usually be quite a stressful experience!

GoogleWe have been very happy with the service we received from Jackson-Stops and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Everyone we dealt with at Jackson-Stops was professional and helpful and liaison between the team was excellent. If we called and our contact agent wasn’t available, the other staff were fully aware of what was going on with our transaction and were able to help. Throughout the process their staff kept in touch with the buyers, sellers and the conveyancing teams and let us know the latest developments. This clear communication made the whole process less stressful and kept everything moving towards a successful conclusion.

GoogleWe had a fantastic service from the Dorking office during a very difficult sales market environment. In particular, they were very proactive in generating a decent number of good quality ‘no surprises’ viewings and, ultimately several offers. Lucy was extremely tenacious and professional in progressing the sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Jackson-Stops in general and the Dorking office in particular.
