A massive thank you to Jackson grundy who helped us sell our house. After getting several quotes and meeting several estate agents, from the get go they were the best, not only on getting us the best price but offering the best customer service. Would only ever reccomend Jackson grundy to any friends or family who are looking  to sell. On a side note would also like to say a personal  thank you to Sandy in the Wellingborough road office, with whom we had the most communication with. We recently had a baby making the process of moving all that stressful but she was so helpful, polite and friendly. Always asked how we were all doing and it's them little touches that make you feel valued as a customer.

The Duston office handled my sale. The reason i choose them was due to their experience and knowledge. From the initial call, putting my home on the market, Chris was diligent and advised well regarding the market and potential buyers. Megan always kept me in the loop with potential buyers and viewings. Becky was the glue that kept the correspondence going and informed me every step of the way, especially when liaising between both buyer,solicitors and agents. The team i dealt with had over 50 years experience between them and that was the difference in completing my sale as opposed to using an online site to save some money. You get what you pay for.

We then worked with both Megan & Becky on finding a new property, and then Becky handled our purchase of a new house in the local area.
