GoogleI have to say from the start, just how great Jackson and Grundys letting team in Northampton are. I started my renting journey as a single woman 10 years ago and have been truely looked after by Marjana and the team. Constant clear communication always advised in advance. Any issues as a tenant were addressed and resolved very quickly and I was always kept up to date. Marjana and the team made it all so easy and efficient. This has honestly been the case for all this time of 10 years. I have been extremely lucky to now move on as a property owner but if that wasn't the case I probably would have never left. I highly recommend them for anyone looking rent because you will be really looked after. A big thank you to all the team but especially Marjana.

Olivia, who conducted our viewings, was always there on time and knew all the answers to the questions we threw at her. She was really flexible in arranging multiple viewings, even fitting us in even on busy days, and made us feel so supported when it came to putting in our offer! Becky kept us informed throughout the whole process, ensured everything was running smoothly, and was always willing to answer any questions or concerns. She was professional, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond in chasing relevant parties to get the sale across the line. It really felt like we had someone fighting our corner and provided us with much reassurance as first time buyers. GoogleMoving from London to Northampton was a big step, but Marjana at the Kingsley Park Terrace branch went above and beyond to accommodating me over my 3.5 years here. I've since bought my own place which Marjana once again aided my end of tenancy steps. She, and the fantastic team there, will be missed. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have picked a better estate agent the way they marketed the property and went out of their way to find a buyer who almost paid the asking price . They showed professionalism and took personal interest in streamlining the whole process throughout to completion. We were always kept informed at every stage without having to chase them.
