We can not thank the team at Jackson Grundy for all there professional services with selling of the house. This sale was not like any normal house sale, and it came with a lot of problems, but the team here, dealt with everything and keep us update on progress and any other problems that araised. I would recommend these estate agents to any one who is going to sell there home. The service they offer is above and beyond anything we could have hope for. The staff are amazing, they explained everything in great detail and offer a professional service from start to finish. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars as they are better than that. Sam and his team were there every step of the way to help move things along and more importantly, keep communication going constantly. Without them I honestly think the chain would've fallen through. GoogleI am so impressed with the service i recieved from Vannedsa and Ray at Jackson Grundy Kingsley park Terrace. Ray valued my house at a good price and was so friendly and respectful! I had a few valuations and his was the best. A week later my house was sold for the asking price thanks to Vanessa and her good work. Did not even have time to put sale sign up! The whole process was a sucsess. I also used JG in the past and they were very good.. Thanks again!😊. Cathy.

GoogleCouldn't praise them enough, especially Ricky. Not only did they manage to find me a buyer almost instantly after my first buyer pulled out, but they have been amazing at keeping everything moving and keeping me informed. Ricky was even there for me when I walked in and cried on him due to a flood. He stayed positive and told me what I needed to do. Fantastic service, so much that I've listed another property with them. I just hope that when I come to buy a property, it's listed with Jackson Grundy!

GoogleI recently sold my house with Jackson’s who were great, they were extremely responsive, my house was sold very quickly and the sale went through eventually despite being delayed due to covid. I then purchase a new property and this sale was pushed through very quickly, the team helped as we overcame a few issues and supported me to get the sale through quickly allowing my buyers to finally move in. I dealt mainly with Ricky and Jo. They are professional but friendly. Honest and down to earth. Good guys!

GoogleFrom the moment we had our viewing to the completion of the Tenancy Agreement, the service we received from Lindsey at the Jackson Grundy Daventry branch was excellent. The liaison between ourselves, Lindsey and the Landlord has always been carried out in an honest and exemplary manner, and has continued in this way for many years. Jackson Grundy has always maintained a very strong relationship with us and the Landlord, and has, at all times been mindful of our needs in relation to arranging access to the property for repairs, renovations and all relevant property safety checks etc. The communication skills shown by Lindsey have demonstrated the true values of the Jackson Grundy Organisation across all aspects of its dealings with the customer A truly 5 Star Plus experience for us, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Jackson Grundy. GoogleI decided to rent out my property reluctantly over 10 years ago and after careful consideration I placed my property with Lindsey Hancock of Jackson Grundy Daventry. Lindsey has the patience of a saint, she guided me through the early days and was always on hand to give her professional advice. I can not thank her or her team enough for all their hard work and dedication over the years, they have made a scary prospect into something so easy. Fantastic service throughout.
