I've rented with Jackson Grundy now for 2 years and really pleased with everything they have done. Any kind of issue I've had, they've responded to straight away, plus their contractors are super quick at getting back to you aswell. Michelle has been so helpful and professional from day 1. When she comes out to do my 3 month checks, it's so relaxed, I love having a natter with her. She's such a friendly, kind and caring person, she really is a credit to the JG team. Having said that, all the team are very helpful I have to say, I think I have THE best landlord ever and although it's not my house, it most certainly feels like my home, I'm so happy living here. I would 100% recommend JG to anyone
