GoogleA big shout out to Sam Anna Russell and all the fabulous staff working at Kingsthorpe Jackson & Grundy. Finally completed house sale today!! It was a long and sometimes frustrating road, but everyone was very supportive and kept me informed and updated at all stages. Special Thanks to Anna who kept me sane throughout , as it went on a bit!! I’d recommend Jackson & Grundy to anyone who is thinking of selling a property for a smooth hassle free rid! GoogleHave discovered from sales of late relatives' houses that all Estate Agents are not the same. Its not just about finding a buyer and negotiating a fair price, but also being aware of time wasters, hurdles and banana skins in the sale process, and contacts and good working connections with all those involved. Anna and her team saw it right through diligently. Thanks.

GoogleI have rented a property in the Daventry area through Jackson Grundy Estate Agents and Lettings for just over 11 years and I would highly recommend them if you want a professional and competent service. My experience in renting properties is extensive and I always view the experience with a start, middle and end. The start is fairly straight-forward, most estate agents are good at this phase and Jackson Grundy were no different. Friendly, helpful staff ensured my initial tenancy was off to a good start. The middle phase of the tenancy through Jackson Grundy was exceptional, I never had any issues and any problems with the property were fixed on time through their dedicated maintenance team. Fantastic! The end of the tenancy was also straight forward, I kept the property in good condition, I received my deposit and their ends a fantastic time in Daventry. If you would like a similar experience, renting a property through Jackson Grundy Estate Agents is a good place to start! A big thank you to Lindsey Hancock and all the team at Jackson Grundy.

GoogleJackson Grundy estate agents in Duston were an absolute joy to sell with. They listened to what we wanted & always made our home advert stand out, gave great feedback on all viewings & made the move go smoothly. My mother in law, husband & I were pleased we chose them. Because they are in Duston village itself it was easy to pop by & I think viewers could see they knew the area very well & were helpful to them with amenities etc. We went with the solicitors they recommended & everything was fine. GoogleWe couldn't have chosen a better place to handle our property sale. Megan, Chris and Becky, based at the Duston branch were fantastic. Becky was on the case all through the process. After losing our first purchaser, another was found straight away. Becky kept up the pressure on the legal process which seemed to last forever but was in fact only 9 weeks from the offer to completion. Thank you, Denis & Leigh.
