GoogleI've entered second tenancy agreement with Jackson and had a great experience in dealing with them from property search till exit and return of deposit. At every step I had a good looking after my needs and demands. They did not hide disadvantages of the property and made detailed report on it with pictures and current state of every element and feature including creaking floor and nails in the wall the day before I moved in. Whatever I spotted to be wrong was documented before so I did not have to report the issue. Once in 3 months inspections of property helped me to raise demands, e.g. garage door was repaired and towel dryer replaced promptly. Similar plumbing and electricity issues reported using app FixFlo were dealt with very quickly. Tenancy exit was well planned and structured with simple and doable checklist. Deposit was returned within a week. Although £60 were deducted for the lawn I left uncut, the overall impression on pedantic, honest and well organised team work of Jackson remained unchanged. Very happy to recommend the Agency and rate it at top level.

GoogleJackson Grundy managed my rental property for over 8 years. During that time, I found them to be very responsive regarding management of it. My only gripe would be and this was probably out of their control, that plumbing issues were sometimes, too prolonged to get fixed. Overall though, happy. Michelle Francis particularly was my contact and she understood, that as this was my sole property, how important it was to me.

GoogleI am actually struggling to put into words just how fantastic the Team at the Long Buckby branch of Jackson Grundy have been. I don't want this review to be percieved as so glowing that it sounds fake, but honestly... Teresa and Richard COULD NOT have been more supportive to my partner and I, throughout what was a complex and tricky sale period.
There were many external factors, hurdles and unlucky moments along the way, all part of a normal house move I guess. But even at their very busiest times they managed to somehow strike the perfect balance between being professional & efficient, yet remained friendly, attentive always took the time to explain everything to us in words we could understand.
Nothing was too much trouble! From Richard liaising regularly with our solicitor, to Teresa coaching us through the mortgage process, to their secretary even collecting the keys to our new house for us (which didn't even involve them!). I didn't think that estate agents like this existed, but they do, and they make "going the extra mile" seem like just a regular thing.
Exceptional service in the truest sense of the word.
