Inspired has been very helpful and efficient in guiding my partner and I through the process of moving out of our parents houses and into our very first home together. Julia is kind and helpful and I was very glad to have her guide us through this experience. The process was quick and easy, and upon moving in we received an amazing welcome gift box full of lovely things. My partner and I are both very happy and satisfied and would 100% recommend Inspired.

Good service & communication

Good service & communication, kept in touch/on top of things & the Goodlord system was pretty painless - plus easier than having heaps of printed out documents.

Excellent service

Inspired were extremely professional and helpful. The sale of my flat was well looked after from start to finish. The marketing was great and a buyer was found within a week of going on the market. Michael and Andy provided an excellent service for the flat sale. They also gave brilliant advice when I asked which was invaluable. After the sale was made, Sally looked after the sale progression and was amazing. She resolved many issues throughout the process and put my mind at ease. Sally helped ensure the stamp duty deadline was met by the whole chain. Thank you very much to the team at Inspired, I would highly recommend them.

I don't understand why more people do not trust Inspired to sell their property, seriously always professional, and once they find a buyer, Sally manages the whole process, from offer to completion, what other agent does what Sally does for you, Sally adds some much value, and that part of the process is the most critical, in another life, Sally would be a solicitor.Thank youPositiveProfessionalism

Truly Awful..I would never use again. Bought a property from Inspired Rushden & a Director convinced us to let the property through them for which we paid a fee for of course, I only wish I had said no. A Director recommended a personal friend as a tenant which we accepted, sounds good so far ...it's all downhill from here !, the rent comes in dribs & drabs never on time, constant phone calls from the neighbors about the shenanigans going on with the tenant - we are having to evict !!!. Inspired response essentially " your problem, you didn't use our management services " hahahaa thank goodness !! If ever the label " Talk is cheap " applies , it most definitely applies here.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

I can highly recommend the personal service that Michael, Sally and the team have provided us with our house sale. House was on the market very quickly and sold within a week. The after service provided and chasing up the solicitors etc is great and we have received weekly updates which is more than the other local agent we are buying through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

Highly Recommended! The whole Team at Inspired have been amazing from us listing our house with them to also purchasing a property they were marketing. We had a long chain so the process has taken a while but Sally was there with updates and chasing everything up for us every day. We have moved before, but never has an Estate Agent taken on what Sally did for us. Once we complete later this week, I can even say I'll miss a chat with Sally every day, always a friendly ear and always available. Other Estate Agents should learn something from this lovely bunch...Thanks Michael, Marlon & Sally..You made the process allot more bearable! If like me you have moved housBE INSPIRED BY INSPIRED AGENTSe a few…

If like me you have moved house a few times over the past 40 years you know that a lot of luck is required if all is to go smoothly, and it certainly helps a great deal to have good professionals on your side. After a few agents have been through the door you hopefully get an idea as to which ones are actually there to help and those who talk the talk and just tell you what you want to hear. All you want any of them to do is tell the truth however that may fall so you don't get any false expectations, hopes that start to dissolve as soon as you have signed your sole agent form. Inspired Agents ticked all the boxes for us, the photos were great as was website listing, and two viewings later an agreed sale for the asking price was achieved. Similar properties at similar prices with other agents are still there - unsold. Yes we got lucky, luck in the form of Michael (Inspired Bletchley office). Try your luck with Inspired, you may just hit the jackpot like us!
