GoogleI'm so grateful to Marlon, Michael and Sally for all their tremendous help in selling my flat. They are all very personable people to deal with and helped me greatly in getting my flat sold. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as the service they provide is second to none.

GoogleDo not use they actually lied to me. And did something behind my back. Which had no acknowledgement off. Disgraceful unprofessional. And would never recommend them. They lucky to get one star. Want to give 1/2 . Avoid

GoogleAfter coming across a negative review of inspired from a potential buyer of mine, I am very upset with the lies and harm this review has caused. The buyer described her experience as extremely negative, stating that inspired has lied to her when in fact they have been very clear and on top of what was happening, interests, the progress, policies, and most importantly the COST of everything. After wasting a year with this buyer through a different agency and now another year with the SAME buyer through inspired…clearly the issue is not with the agency… As a seller I am very happy with the quality of care, compassion and professionalism in this agency. Really recommend inspired, they have been doing an amazing job! Shame that when someone can’t make their mind up whether to buy or not is now expressing themselves negatively on the agency. Keep up the good work inspired!

GoogleDream team of estate agents! The dynamic duo that are Sally and Michael. (And other team members who we dealt with less) were so friendly and helpful throughout our flat purchase. Informative, supportive, charismatic, and organised. We felt they were really looking after us during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you also for the little moving in gift box. A very pleasant touch to the final part of the process. Jon and Sarah.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service! After abysmal service with 2 other estate agents, it was a case of 3rd time lucky with Michael, Sally and the team. Michael pitched my home brilliantly and Sally was superb at chasing all the relevant parties. Thank you for all your help. ** Edit ** Having recently rented with Inspired, I cannot fault them as letting agents, either. They were fabulous and really patient when my completion date kept changing. Thank you to all at Inspired.

GoogleMichael is exceptional and has helped us immeasurably. He goes above and beyond any other estate agent, putting himself out to arrange viewings at weekends and ensuring everything from the brochure to the listing of the property is first class. Sally, part of his team is also an amazing professional. You will be in good hands with Inspired Sales & Lettings (Rushden) - can highly recommend with confidence.

GoogleMichael put me at ease straight away and is very personable. He was extremely honest and suggested alternatives for my situation that actually lost him a sale, but he wanted what was best for his customer. This was very refreshing and if I was to ever sell my home, I would definitely use Michael and Inspired.

GoogleWow! Awesome and a great team who helped me through the transaction quickly. Special mention to Sally for being splendid!

GoogleHaving been stagnant on the market for over 3 months with another agent inspired rung and said they had clients that could be interested in our house. They came round and sorted a virtual tour and photos within two day and within 7 days of going live on their site we are now SSTC! Prompt and professional service and informed at every step. So far top rate service may it continue.

When Michael and his team at Inspired Rushden say they'll get the job done, that's exactly what they do !! Save yourself the hassle and stress when it comes to selling your home, simply give the guys at Inspired Rushden a call, you'll be glad you did. Great work guys, thanks for your long lost brilliance within the industry and keep it up, you have set the standard very high for others to follow. 👍✔

GoogleAfter managing my rental property for a few years myself I decided due to a tricky situation in the tenancy, to instruct Inspired Lettings in Rushden take it over. I have to say it has been the best decision I have made this year. Due to their professionalism, rental knowledge and hard work attitude, Michael and his team have been tremendous, making what has been a stressful and worrying time so much more manageable. I would very much recommend them to anyone, wanting a trusted and dependable agency.
