Inspired are an amazing company that will always go the extra mile to help you in all your selling and buying needs. When buying my property last month. I felt that they went above and beyond. Especially Aiden. Who was informative, pro active and very attentive to my requirements. He lined up several viewings on the day went to market and sold my house within 3 days. He also managed to get above the asking price. I was very impressed, I have to admit. I would highly recommend Inspired as there service was amazing from the initial marketing right through to their fantastic after sales service. Thank you.

It has been a pleasure having Inspired as my estate agents. I found Michael Mason pragmatic and reliable to work with in regards to the marketing and sale of my property.I didn't contact other estate agents as I felt the fees were perfectly reasonable.I was confident that the house would be marketed to a high standard, and I was not disappointed. A stressful process made a lot more easier!

Me and my husband would like to thank Zain in helping us find our beautiful home. It had been a very long and stressful journey prior to meeting Zain. His professionalism and expertise was excellent , he was able to understand exactly what we where looking for and assisted us with every step. What can I say absolutely outstanding

What can I say, other then absolutely amazing! From the start to finish, everything was managed professionally, honestly and in a kind/caring manner. Massive thank you to Micheal, Marlon & Sally at Inspired Rushden for the sale of our house. They all ensured everything was spot on, and at no time did they leave us in the dark. Even after accepting an offer, Sally ensured we was kept up to date, chased our buyers solicitors, and would always be at the end of the phone, with any worries or questions we had with the process. 110% recommend inspired, and I would most certainly recommend them to my close family & friends.

Charley is one of the best agents we’ve…

Charley is one of the best agents we’ve ever met - she was so professional and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information and she was more than happy to answer all of our questions about the properties we viewed together. And even though the ones we’ve seen weren’t for us, she was so kindly following up after each of our viewings and she was giving her best to help us find our dream home. I never write reviews, but I made an exception as honestly we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Exceptional Customer Service

I moved into a rental in September after selling my house. Inspire we’re brilliant from start to finish, including being flexible with moving in dates. The lovely moving in box was a really nice touch as well. Since being in the property I have had to raise 1 maintenance issue, which was resolved the same day. The maintenance request app was brilliant and so easy to use. I highly recommend Inspire and the service is second to none.

Overall a great experience

Overall a great experience. Very speedy from an online enquiry to getting a call, and getting a viewing booked in. Gave as much information as possible about the property. The viewing on the day was done professionally bearing in mind all COVID restrictions. The online referencing tool that also helps track and process all the other paperwork is great. A little lag on getting the final confirmation which left things a little tight but that was mostly my own fault for leaving things late! Julia and the team were wonderful and friendly throughout.

Inspired where very helpful in showing us properties that only fitted our requirements. We were so confident in their abilities that we also listed our property with them. They did an excellent job of advertising and photographing the house as well as showing prospective buyers around. We felt very comfortable with the experience, especially since it all took place during COVID and the lockdowns.They kept us informed every step of the way through to completion.Everybody we spoke to at Inspired, particularly Michael Mason was helpful, professional and friendly. Very happy landlord!Thank you to both Danielle, Julia and Sally for all your help in finding us excellent tenants. Truly Awful..I would never use again. Bought a property from Inspired Rushden & a Director convinced us to let the property through them for which we paid a fee for of course, I only wish I had said no. A Director recommended a personal friend as a tenant which we accepted, sounds good so far ...it's all downhill from here !, the rent comes in dribs & drabs never on time, constant phone calls from the neighbors about the shenanigans going on with the tenant - we are having to evict !!!. Inspired response essentially " your problem, you didn't use our management services " hahahaa thank goodness !! If ever the label " Talk is cheap " applies , it most definitely applies here.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
