TrustpilotAbsolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service! After abysmal service with 2 other estate agents, it was a case of 3rd time lucky with Michael, Sally and the team. Michael pitched my home brilliantly and Sally was superb at chasing all the relevant parties.

GoogleAfter coming across a negative review of inspired from a potential buyer of mine, I am very upset with the lies and harm this review has caused.
The buyer described her experience as extremely negative, stating that inspired has lied to her when in fact they have been very clear and on top of what was happening, interests, the progress, policies, and most importantly the COST of everything.
After wasting a year with this buyer through a different agency and now another year with the SAME buyer through inspired…clearly the issue is not with the agency…
As a seller I am very happy with the quality of care, compassion and professionalism in this agency. Really recommend inspired, they have been doing an amazing job! Shame that when someone can’t make their mind up whether to buy or not is now expressing themselves negatively on the agency. Keep up the good work inspired!

GoogleI can highly recommend the personal service that Michael, Sally and the team have provided us with our house sale. House was on the market very quickly and sold within a week. The after service provided and chasing up the solicitors etc is great and we have received weekly updates which is more than the other local agent we are buying through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

GoogleMichael Melton and his team gave us an amazing service.
From the sale of our house to the buying of our new property then to renting it out and finding a tenant within a week of completion .
We then did some refurbishments which Michael Melton organised and managed from start to finish taking the pressure and stress away from us .
Thank you Michael and team for giving us a Five star service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMichael helped me and my husband buy our first house. We had issues with our mortgage following our first offer on our now home and Michael kept in touch, letting us know when the property was reduced on the market. After Michael letting us know about the price drop, we managed to get a new mortgage offer and now live in our perfect first house! Thank you Michael, Warren and Shiona for all of your help :-)

GoogleMichael and his team worked tirelessly to get my sale through- but they did it! This has been one of the most stressful transactions I’ve ever completed but Michael took the pressure off me when he could. Unfortunately I had THE most unpleasant and offensive person representing my buyer who put obstacles in the way at EVERY given opportunity but he dealt with it. Thanks for everything, I highly recommend your services.

Moving into a new area is always nerve racking and exciting. So when I came to Inspired Sales & Lettings to find a new home I was given Zain Yasin . An angel in human form! He was so understanding and respectful with the whole process. He ensured he listened to what I wanted in my ideal home and he gave me exactly that! Once I’ve settled in I will be sure to invite Zain around for a drink!

TrustpilotExcellent service
Inspired were extremely professional and helpful. The sale of my flat was well looked after from start to finish. The marketing was great and a buyer was found within a week of going on the market. Michael and Andy provided an excellent service for the flat sale. They also gave brilliant advice when I asked which was invaluable. After the sale was made, Sally looked after the sale progression and was amazing. She resolved many issues throughout the process and put my mind at ease. Sally helped ensure the stamp duty deadline was met by the whole chain. Thank you very much to the team at Inspired, I would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotIf like me you have moved housBE INSPIRED BY INSPIRED AGENTSe a few…
If like me you have moved house a few times over the past 40 years you know that a lot of luck is required if all is to go smoothly, and it certainly helps a great deal to have good professionals on your side. After a few agents have been through the door you hopefully get an idea as to which ones are actually there to help and those who talk the talk and just tell you what you want to hear. All you want any of them to do is tell the truth however that may fall so you don't get any false expectations, hopes that start to dissolve as soon as you have signed your sole agent form. Inspired Agents ticked all the boxes for us, the photos were great as was website listing, and two viewings later an agreed sale for the asking price was achieved. Similar properties at similar prices with other agents are still there - unsold. Yes we got lucky, luck in the form of Michael (Inspired Bletchley office). Try your luck with Inspired, you may just hit the jackpot like us!

TrustpilotInspired, Highly Recommended
Just before the start of this pandemic we instructed Inspired Sales & Lettings to sell our home of 20 years. We were amazed with the attention to detail in the photography and write up used for our online listing. Just as viewings started to take off lockdown hit the country and everything drew to a halt. Inspired were great and kept marketing our house through the 360 deg Virtual tour and just as soon as things started to open up for business again we had new Covid secure viewings arranged.Through out these difficult times Inspired have worked hard to find us a buyer and negotiate a great sale. The onward support and sales progression to exchange has been invaluable, therefore we'd have no hesitation in recommending Inspired to sell your home for you. Martin & Michelle
