I used Inspired Agents to find some tenants for my property. My previous tenants' contract was finishing and they were moving on. It was during Covid lockdown and I was concerned I would have a long void. Not so - I called Danielle at Inspired, she came around right away, gave me some local market advice on rent, she gave me a great value deal and got me fully referenced tenants in the property within 1 month. Excellent. No problems, lovely team, everything I needed from them, I got. Thanks Inspired!

GoogleDream team of estate agents! The dynamic duo that are Sally and Michael. (And other team members who we dealt with less) were so friendly and helpful throughout our flat purchase. Informative, supportive, charismatic, and organised. We felt they were really looking after us during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them. I was really struggling to find a house for around a year or so. When I met zain he found me several houses that were perfect for me and made everything so easy. He was very honest and upfront with me and my partner and would always respond to our queries in a timely fashion. This was something we struggled with before meeting zain as many estate agents wouldn’t respond for days.

The service was mostly good up until the point that I made an offer on the property. A few things that you need to be really wary of, though, especially if you're a first time buyer. You must enquire about the service charge and ground rent as I am currently paying ridiculous amounts a month to a joke housing association. I feel Inspired need to let you know this up front as it's a huge financial commitment. If you are buying a leasehold property, please make sure that you enquire how many years are left on the lease. The property that I bought had 68 years left, which meant that it needed urgent renewing and this cost me about £10k to rectify the issue. If the lease is any shorter than 75 years, then you should effectively add £10k to the price that you are paying.The property that I bought also included 2% estate agent fee payable to Inspired. Since Inspired already get commission from the sale anyway, this fee was excessive and worked out to be £4000. Inspired will declare this on the website but you need to question whether that fee is worth paying or whether to go to an estate agent that sells similar property with no fee.

Recently used Inspired - found the whole process with them very straight forward. Buyers found quickly and offered advice in selecting the appropriate/best option.
