Me and my husband would like to thank Zain in helping us find our beautiful home. It had been a very long and stressful journey prior to meeting Zain. His professionalism and expertise was excellent , he was able to understand exactly what we where looking for and assisted us with every step. Communication with Zain was very consistent always available when we needed him . Overall a great experience so far. We would definitely be recommending Zain and he is a credit to the company. We contacted the inspired sales team as we had seen a few houses online that we liked the look of and wanted to view. We dealt with Charley throughout the whole process she took us to view some houses and knew everything about the house and all questions we asked regarding it, she seemed to know exactly the in and outs of the house. Upon leaving one of the houses we didn’t like it in person Charley took a list of things we were looking for and went off her self to see if she could find us some other ones that matched our criteria she really went the extra mile. Charley was attentive, punctual, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and get along with through out the whole process, there was no pressure put on us and she did all she could to help. We will definitely use Charley again when it comes to us looking for a new house! :)

I desperately hope that you do not rent from this company. One person will say one thing and then the next time you speak to someone else, they'll completely contradict what you've been told. They never respond to emails. Reports of damage go ignored for months. Completely disorganised and the worst letting agency I've come across for a long time.
