TrustpilotHouse Sale in Rushden
Recently used Inspired - found the whole process with them very straight forward. Buyers found quickly and offered advice in selecting the appropriate/best option. The team at Rushden are excellent, Michael, Sally and Marlon couldn’t be more helpful when any questions needed answering and were more than happy to question the conveyancing process to help expedite the sale to a successful conclusion. Definitely recommend.

TrustpilotBreak GDPR regulations
They'll hold your data for much longer than the UK GDPR regulations allow (regs state that they must delete it after it is finished with - I don't consider that 6+ YEARS later they have any legit reason to hold data), and will bombard your inbox with utter junk. Their Directors are rude, arrogant and obnoxious and have zero intention of following the rules regarding your data - it wouldn't surprise me if they sell it on too. There was probably a damn good reason why I didn't use them to sell or buy my last property - I certainly won't use them in the future either...
Hello Dazzyd. Thank you for your review and feedback. I have shared your feedback with the owner of inspired Sales & Lettings. We want to advise that we do not sell anyone's data and take GDPR very seriously. Regards, Declan inspired Sales & Lettings

TrustpilotExcellent Estate Agents t has been a pleasure having Inspired…
It has been a pleasure having Inspired as my estate agents. I found Michael Mason pragmatic and reliable to work with in regards to the marketing and sale of my property.I didn't contact other estate agents as I felt the fees were perfectly reasonable.I was confident that the house would be marketed to a high standard, and I was not disappointed. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and the photos and 3d tour. The whole process has been stress free, and, without exception, everyone I have spoken with within the company has been courteous and helpful.Special thanks to Charley Gregory who undertook the bulk of the viewings.I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other potential vendors and buyers

GoogleHaving been stagnant on the market for over 3 months with another agent inspired rung and said they had clients that could be interested in our house. They came round and sorted a virtual tour and photos within two day and within 7 days of going live on their site we are now SSTC! Prompt and professional service and informed at every step. So far top rate service may it continue.

Save yourself the hassle and stress when it comes to selling your home, simply give the guys at Inspired Rushden a call, you'll be glad you did. Great work guys, thanks for your long lost brilliance within the industry and keep it up, you have set the standard very high for others to follow. 👍✔

GoogleAfter managing my rental property for a few years myself I decided due to a tricky situation in the tenancy, to instruct Inspired Lettings in Rushden take it over. I have to say it has been the best decision I have made this year. Due to their professionalism, rental knowledge and hard work attitude, Michael and his team have been tremendous, making what has been a stressful and worrying time so much more manageable. I would very much recommend them to anyone, wanting a trusted and dependable agency.

TrustpilotGreat work from the team from start to…
Great work from the team from start to finish, I originally went with a mainstream Estate Agent who didn't get what we wanted for the house and wanted to convince us this was the best.. Michael then took over and got us the extra money the house was worth, in the 1st day.. Keep up the good work guys, any anyone thinking of using the big Estate Agents, think again.. These guys actually listen and give you a much better personal service..

TrustpilotA professional and friendly service
Michael from the Rushden office was really professional in the marketing of our property. Our house was on the market and we’d accepted an offer within days of appointing Inspired. Sally kept us well informed throughout the sales process and other members of the team were equally helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this Estate Agent.
