I moved into a rental in September after selling my house. Inspire we’re brilliant from start to finish, including being flexible with moving in dates. The lovely moving in box was a really nice touch as well. Since being in the property I have had to raise 1 maintenance issue, which was resolved the same day. The maintenance request app was brilliant and so easy to use. I highly recommend Inspire and the service is second to none.

What can I say, other then absolutely amazing! From the start to finish, everything was managed professionally, honestly and in a kind/caring manner. Massive thank you to Micheal, Marlon & Sally at Inspired Rushden for the sale of our house. They all ensured everything was spot on, and at no time did they leave us in the dark. Even after accepting an offer, Sally ensured we was kept up to date, chased our buyers solicitors, and would always be at the end of the phone, with any worries or questions we had with the process. 110% recommend inspired, and I would most certainly recommend them to my close family & friends.

We’ve rented a number of times over the years, however the experience we’ve had with Inspired has been incredible! Julia in particular has been a great support throughout the rental process and has been incredibly helpful, constantly updating us & reassuring. Dear allAgents, Thank you for your comment and feedback. We're sorry to read your experience with Declan has been unpleasant. From knowing the background on this situation, Declan has been working tirelessly for months to update and correct the misinformation, links to wrong websites/pages not working, not displaying correct procedures and pretty much everything listed on your website. This is still incorrect, as all the information has to be approved at allAgents, yet when asked if they had been received or when they would be set live, we never get a response. Only to then receive emails some weeks later asking if we'd like to upgrade and buy a package? Which if we’re honest, isn’t the best customer experience, nor putting us the customer 1st. I know we are only a basic member, however, we’d never want our clients to have an experience like this, regardless of what level of package or service they are on. We do always try and have a great working relationship with our suppliers, but when communication breaks down or doesn't happen then relationships get strained, as in this case. We have requested to be removed from your site on several occasions to which we have since been told we can't as we're still trading. Which does seem unfair due to the fact we can't update nor correct the pages and display correct information which potential clients need and want to see. You are entitled to your opinion and views, of course, however, this review isn't particularly professional nor fair to inspired Sales and Lettings as to quote your above review "I would avoid this firm". We are simply trying to ensure the general public that is using your site and looking for an estate agent is reading and seeing the correct information when looking to choose the right agent for their needs and the biggest purchase of their lives. We do hope that we can move forward from this and have a good working relationship.

I received excellent service from Inspired throughout the sale of my previous home. The staff there were professional and everything was dealt with swifty - the whole process went through without a single hitch along the way - I was kept fully informed throughout. Staff are courteous, efficient and go above and beyond in their efforts. I highly recommend - I would not hesitate to use Inspired again!

Charley is one of the best agents we’ve ever met - she was so professional and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information and she was more than happy to answer all of our questions about the properties we viewed together.
