TrustpilotInspired Letting Agents, Milton Keynes
Inspired have been the most wonderful company to deal with. They are always available at the end of a phone with advice, gudance and support when I need these. I have a tiny portfolio - hardly worth the name - two studio flats in an annexe - but the treatment I get is what one imagines would be lavished on a client with a huge portfolio. Thank you Danielle, Becca, Charlie, Neil, Mo et al. You've made the occasionally thankless life of a landlord bearable. As you know, I will be back.

TrustpilotInspired are incredible!
We cannot rate Inspired enough - they go above and beyond from start to finish. Michael sold our house for us three times, and in under two weeks each time! Incredible. He also managed to secure the same price each time, so we didn’t lose out. Trustworthy and reliable agents are so hard to come by, these guys are both that. Thank you 🙏🏻

TrustpilotMichael at Inspired Sales & Lettings
Michael at Inspired Sales & Lettings, was absolutely fantastic! We decided to move and after meeting 4 estate agents we selected Inspired not just because of the their product but mainly because we believed in Michael and he has not disappointed. He has worked effortlessly on our behalf. From, creating our sales brochure, setting up an open day to securing a credible buyer (We sold the property on the first viewing!!)but more importantly working with us throughout the entire process. Providing weekly updates and liaising with both our and buyers legal team and financial brokers. If you are seeking someone who understands customer care then look no further.

TrustpilotDon’t say you were not warned …
Surprised about the review for this agent on their website because my experience with them is nothing short of speechless and not in a good way. Very unprofessional agents, don’t give a toss about their tenants. They promise you everything but delivers nothing. It feels like they give you the property for free when you are paying for it. Be warned and stay away.

TrustpilotI used Inspired Agents to find some tenants
I used Inspired Agents to find some tenants for my property. My previous tenants' contract was finishing and they were moving on. It was during Covid lockdown and I was concerned I would have a long void. Not so - I called Danielle at Inspired, she came around right away, gave me some local market advice on rent, she gave me a great value deal and got me fully referenced tenants in the property within 1 month. Excellent. No problems, lovely team, everything I needed from them, I got. Thanks Inspired!

GoogleMichael Melton and his team gave us an amazing service.
From the sale of our house to the buying of our new property then to renting it out and finding a tenant within a week of completion .
We then did some refurbishments which Michael Melton organised and managed from start to finish taking the pressure and stress away from us .
Thank you Michael and team for giving us a Five star service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMichael and his team worked tirelessly to get my sale through- but they did it! This has been one of the most stressful transactions I’ve ever completed but Michael took the pressure off me when he could. Unfortunately I had THE most unpleasant and offensive person representing my buyer who put obstacles in the way at EVERY given opportunity but he dealt with it. Thanks for everything, I highly recommend your services.
