Due to unforeseen circumstances for my current Landlord, we were given the absolute minimum notice to vacate the property. This placed us under huge pressure to find another suitable house. After extensive searching and registering with more than 10 estate agents, only two responded back, with one of them being "Imagine". We would like to personally thank Letting Agent - Bianca for the professional service in finding us a property that met our needs in a short space of time with patience. Indeed my experience with the staff at the office was courteous throughout. Thanks to you all.

We had an offer on our flat within 4 days. The team targeted the flat at specific buyers given its originality and this highly individual strategy worked wonders. Under the most stressful circumstances, and having to meet the stamp duty deadline, we completed our sale within 14 working days. These estate agents are outstanding and definitely not your average. Without a shadow of a doubt will be selling our house with Imagine when we decide to move, albeit, at a slower pace :)

Absolutely Great service with speed. When I called to view the property, Daniel efficiently arranged the viewing for the same day. The best thing is they have a very good partnership with solicitors and mortgage experts that really makes the process seamless. Daniel has been on top of the process with putting my offer forward and getting it accepted just within 1 working day. I highly recommend. Thank you very much Daniel.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Thanks to Amir and the team at Imagine Bushey, the selling of our mothers property has been made at lot easier and less stressful. With Amir supporting and guiding us through the process. He always kept us fully updated with the latest issues and progressed positively at all times. He is very thoughtful, professional with excellent customer service and very easy to talk to. He reassured and supported us throughout. We would definitely use Amir to sell our own property in the future, having already recommended him to our friends and family.

Huge thanks to both Amir and Katie at the Bushey Imagine branch for making our purchase so smooth running. Both were supportive and proactive throughout the process and communication was always prompt. I’d certainly recommend their services to others. Bianca continues to also provide us with a super efficient letting service. She has helped us quickly fill our rental property several times and given great advice on the occasions that we have had queries as initially inexperienced landlords. She’s been great.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I’ve always received excellent service from all the staff at Imagine, the help during Covid was particularly helpful, and enabled me to keep in touch with and assist my tenants. They always manage renewals and any empty periods well ahead of time so that I have minimal voids. I cannot highly recommend them enough.

The Imagine team were a pleasure to deal with when selling our property. They are very professional, straight talking, and know the market well. A special thanks to Dan Mitchell who surpassed expectations by driving the sale, quickly responding to any queries that we had (and we had quite a few), and working effectively with both parties to ensure that everything went through smoothly and that it was a positive experience. Excellent value for money when considering the service delivered and outcome. Thanks to everyone at Imagine that supported.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The most superior estate agent to be found.

I am a little confused as to why there are so many negative reviews on here, in fact I am surprised to see any. Having used many agents over the years to buy and sell, no estate agent has proven to be more reliable, professional and caring, as Imagine. They are honest and will go above and beyond, to ensure the stress of buying or selling, is kept to a minimum. We also use Imagine to manage any properties that may be rented to tenants. Again, a process that runs like clockwork. All the offices, including Hemel, Watford and our local branch Bushey have found perfect tenants and managed the properties with constant ease. I could not speak highly enough of this estate agent and couldn't imagine any other agents coming close to their credibility.

Impossible to unsubscribe from emails

I've tried several times to unsubscribe from their emails but just keep getting spammed by them. Maybe they imagine I'll inadvertantly buy a house just because they keep emailing me...

Wow..

Wow... where do I even begin. This is a long overdue review and should have been written a year ago. One of the worst estate agencies I have ever used in my life. Typical slimy and sneaky behaviour from their agents. Me and MANY others in my development were lied to when purchasing our properties. None of the homeowners were made aware of the plan to house a great amount of social housing tenants throughout the building. This has led to many thefts of parcels, antisocial behaviour, violence and drugs throughout the building. There are many young single women who feel frightened in a place where they are supposed to feel their safest. There are also young children and babies in the building. Police are constantly called to the building, it is utter madness. Something needs to be done about estate agents that lie to buyers to lure them in to purchasing. I hope the commission was worth it! This has taken a serious toll on my mental health and continues to do so.

In all my dealings as a landlord with Imagine, I've found Bianca Rahmany to be very professional and diligent. She is always contactable, responds quickly and helpful at all times . I have no hesitation in saying Bianca is one of the best estate agent representative I've encountered and a valuable asset to the company. Keep up the good work Bianca!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

All the staff are prompt in their response and always willing to help. Never tired of letting you know of new letting openings. Megan Summer was awesome and even offered to take me to several apartments in her car, she was outstanding.
