GoogleHouse sold within 3 days of being advertised with Imagine. If I’m honest I didn’t really have many dealings with them as I had ongoing communications with our buyer, which helped to provide up to date information which was very much needed.PositiveResponsiveness
A rare treat if things go so painlessly. Thank you for your business.

TrustpilotYou can't Imagine how bad they are!
Terrible service. Used Imagine to market my flat, accepted an offer and then incurred 24 weeks of delays due to their not undertaking appropriate due diligence on the prospective buyer. The sales progression is truly awful. I tried to chase up myself to find out the progress on the sale but they dodged my calls. I tried to raise a complaint but they take no blame for their incompetence.

TrustpilotVery bad estate agency, avoid.
Avoid! Never have I met more greedy people. All they do is lie just to get couple extra pounds of you. If you're already renting with them don't even bother cleaning and painting when moving out, they will make sure you won't get any of your deposit back. How? They sent clerk to do couple of photos when you move in with comment "everything good condition" and then when you move out they will sent another one who will say it's worse than normal usage! Even if it's better! I promise you, I didn't want to believe it but they did exactly that. Not worth your time or money! And the stress dealing with them is unbelievable.

GoogleThis is the worst state agency I have dealt with. They put people in a bidding war against eachother and easily play you. Not professional at all and wasted so much of my time and money not to mention cause me a great deal of stressed
Horrible situation Sara and we can totally sympathise with your frustration. We are just the middle men in the process and do have to let our clients reach their own decisions ultimately. We certainly didn’t play you, but appreciate why you feel let down. So sorry this went the way it did and hope you go on to find a property you prefer in due course.
