Imagine estate agents in Bushey and Watford

Imagine were recommended to me by a relative who naturally had my best interests at heart. Her experience had been with Ashley from Imagine Watford. It certainly paid off taking that recommendation. I spoke with Ashley who put in touch with a colleague at Imagine Bushey. I found the staff extremely responsive and more importantly without the stereotypical negative 'estate agent' attitude reminiscent of a wide boy. Amir came and promptly valued my home and instantly I liked him. He was friendly without being over friendly, knowledgeable and respectful and backed up his valuation with facts. I then met James, the in-house photographer who was chatty, friendly and took some amazing photos to market my home. I thought that was it, until i received a visit from Paul who would be conducting the viewings. I must be honest, even though I had instructed the listing to go ahead, I was very nervous about opening my home to complete strangers, but any concerns I had (and they were many) were instantly gone after a visit from Paul. It was like he had anticipated my concerns and reassured me that he would conduct every viewing as if he were selling his own home. WOW! I had 9 viewings booked within less than 24 hours of listing and a number of decent offers to choose from within 48 hours of viewings. My home went under offer promptly due to the responsiveness, experience and professionalism of Paul. Things have been moving along very smoothly and I really cannot fault Paul and his colleagues. As a result, I felt confident in instructing their recommended conveyancing team, who like Imagine have proved to be on the ball immediately. Paul has continued to to advise me on my onward purchase which as been an added bonus. So congratulations to this wonderful team, Ashley, Amir, Paul and not forgetting Katie, my personal case handler. They really do wrap a protective arm around you to ease what can be a very stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have had a very positive experience with Imagine Bushey. A very big 'thank you'.

From the initial meeting to the ongoing process, they went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone in search of a reliable and professional estate agent. First and foremost, Paul displayed an incredible level of knowledge and expertise in the real estate market. They had an in-depth understanding of the local area, including current property trends and market values. Paul was always available to answer my questions, late evenings, nights or weekends, provide updates, and offer sound advice. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Their patience and willingness to listen to my needs made me feel supported and confident in my choices. Communication was another area where Paul truly excelled. They maintained open and transparent lines of communication with me, the seller, and all involved parties, ensuring that everyone was on the same page throughout the entire process. This level of professionalism greatly reduced any potential misunderstandings and facilitated a smooth buying process. Overall, my experience with Paul was outstanding. They provided exceptional service, displayed unwavering professionalism, and made the property buying process enjoyable and stress-free. Quite simply brilliant-Paul helped us along the way with our whole purchase, even to the point of helping when it wasn't really anything to do with him-showing us guidance, advice and little pointers here and there. Most impressively, he seemed in-tune with what we really wanted, and we ended up buying a house we'd never have believed we could buy. Buying a home is very stressful, so it was fantastic to have these guys at the end of the phone, regardless of how silly my questions were!
