GooglePractices without the use of TPO regulations, Offer accepted on a property, marked as sold STC, 6 days pass with constant contact zero issues. Go on holiday to find they have un-accepted the offer and decided to allow a further viewing, disclosed the original accepted bid and sold to an alternative “customer” “Too busy” to let the purchaser know they are no longer the purchaser and that they had been unsuccessful with their successful and accepted bid. “These Things happen”

GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would. I called to cancel a viewing which was quite last minute and apologised for the short notice. I was called by Gregory Charteris who berated me for cancelling at short notice and tried to make me feel guilty that the vendor had gone to the trouble of cleaning his home. His behaviour was appalling and I don't think he would have spoken to me this way if I were a man. I have tried contacting Ibbett Mosely to raise my concerns about this unprofessional behaviour, but have had no response.

GoogleWe had a wonderful viewing experience with LuLu. As far as agents go she was exceptional, she showed us around two homes in an informative and knowledgable way that did not feel salesy at all. She knew so much about each home and its respective area too, we haven’t made a decision but would feel very comfortable offering and proceeding with her, as she was such a dream to work with. People like LuLu are hard to find in the property industry, she is a real credit to this company.

GoogleTim from Ibbett Mosely was a real help, we purchased a flat and the vendors hired Ibbett Mosely as their estate agent. Tim was a fast replier, was always ready to help arrange surveys etc and in the end was the only person who could get through to the vendor’s lawyers to make sure we exchanged. Thanks Tim!

GoogleMy husband and I recently sold our house through Ibbett Moseley. From the very beginning, they were efficient and friendly and made the process very smooth. They booked in viewings on the very first day the house went on the market. They always answered emails and picked up the phone. Our house sale got a little complicated with 7 houses in the chain, but Ibbett Moseley kept us informed throughout and made the experience a lot less stressful that it could have been! Thanks to them, we are in our new home for Christmas! Would recommend to anyone.
