GoogleI recently viewed a rental property with Howkins & Harrison. Lisa showed me around and whilst the property unfortunately did not quite meet my personal needs the process from the first phonecall to the viewing was carried out smoothly and professionally and Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable. If only all letting agents were like this.

She has always been on the end of the phone and dealt with everything so promptly and efficiently. She’s made the whole process so personal and nothing is ever too much trouble. GoogleI would just like to share a 5 Star review for Linda Redmond from the Atherstone Branch. I cannot fault her fantastic enthusiasm & knowledge on the property I have viewed & followed onto purchase. Having actual knowledge and passion for the job is so important, I have had many viewings from all different estate agents and Linda provided by far the best experience. Actually caring and taking time to know the property you are selling goes a long way, I could really tell she was passionate and had took time to give me the best information possible. Thanks Linda, will definitely be selling & recommending H&H Atherstone for selling!!

We have been with this agency for 13 absolutely 👍 amezing very much so on borde with us we recently had an issue with our regarding rent increase , as we did a lot of decorating in the property and our landlord decided to increase our rent for a quite amount, Hawkins& Harrison really stood up for us and did fight our corner, they really negotiated our rent excellently , so thank YOU Very Much to Howkins& Harrison Agency , they are always polite allways giving us plenty of notice that they are coming to check the property and always check wether we are happy costumer living in the property.
