GoogleAlthough Howkins & Harrison weren’t our estate agents, we’ve been dealing with them throughout the purchase of a property, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them! Billy and Jackie are an absolute credit to Howkins & Harrison. They couldn’t do enough for us from start to finish. They’re incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond to help us and made everything so much easier. I genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough. If you’re looking to sell your home, please use Howkins & Harrison! Billy and Jackie are not only fantastic at what they do, but they’re also two of the loveliest, most down-to-earth people you could wish to deal with. 10/10 in every single area! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you both so much for all your help, support and kindness. GoogleThroughout the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new one, the team at Ashby were consistently helpful, professional and approachable, keeping us informed and keeping everything moving along. Billy, in particular, was always on hand to answer our questions and, when things became a little stressful, managed to keep us calm and (just about!) sane. We really appreciated the communication, support and personal approach from the whole team and would happily recommend their services.

GoogleMy partner and I used Howkins & Harrison’s this May to sell our property and to purchase another. From start to finish they were incredible. Helen and Julie were our lead sales people. Every communication was dealt with professionally and super fast, nothing was too much trouble. They remained in contact throughout the process. I could not fault them at all. GoogleFollowing a recommendation I asked Matt at Howkins and Harrison Ashby to value my property. I also had a number of other valuations but chose Howkins & Harrison as I was impressed by their friendly professionalism. I am sure I shall forget someone if I name names, but without exception the service received was outstanding and my sale was completed in just 10 weeks! Also worth noting that their suggested price for the sale was among the higher ones but I felt that they understood the market and am delighted with the outcome. Congratulations to all!
