GoogleMy property search in the Northampton area had been challenging before I met Javed of Howkins and Harrison. Javed was professional, empathetic and he understood our needs. Two viewings later he got us the perfect place. The move-in process was seamless as he guided us through all we needed to know about the property. A big 5-star rating to Howkins and Harrison, and Javed.

GoogleI have just sold my house through Howkins & Harrison, I was very impressed with their professionalism, I dealt with Jamie and David. Jamie valued the property and sold it with in two days of it going on the market. Their communication was excellent and they always responded to any queries I had making the whole process run smoothly. I can highly recommend H&H and will be using them again in the future.

I cannot recommend her enough, she took care of everything quickly and was very friendly when showing us around the new property. GoogleI started renting a property with Howkins & Harrison in August 2022 and the whole team have been so helpful! Evie was especially great at setting up the whole tenancy at an extremely quick but efficient rate and the lovely Mark Glenn has been so amazing and super helpful with a recent issue (to no fault of the letting agents) he has gone above and beyond trying to help get it sorted and I cannot thank him enough for his efforts. Would definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone that is looking to rent :) I’m sure they’re just as great with the selling and buying side of things too!

By far the best estate agent we have dealt with throughout the buying process. Amy has been so polite, helpful and in no way ‘pushy’ or off-putting like some others! GoogleOver the phone my wife had been informed of information regarding the move not the case .On turning up at the rental property old furniture left outside .meter readings arrived 2 days after we moved in. Not the service I was expecting still as we are only renting what else should we except
Mr Roper Our apologies that you felt service levels deserved a poor review. As you are aware from your initial viewing, we had not previously let this property so unfortunately did not have control over the check out. We have been in communication about the two small pieces of furniture due to be collected the day after you moved in and believe that happened as you have not taken us up on our offer to dispose of them ourselves. Please let us know if they were not collected as agreed and we will organise disposal immediately. As is our policy, the tenant pack including meter readings was sent via an online document signing service the day ahead of the key collection and this was signed by yourselves online. Perhaps you didn’t realise the meter readings were included as there is lots of documentation to manage whilst moving into a rental. Again, apologies that you feel we did not provide the service you were expecting. This is most disappointing as we pride ourselves on doing the very best for our tenants and landlords.
