What a fabulous team at Howkins & Harrison. I can't thank you all enough for making my recent experience of house buying so stress free. You work together perfectly, the communication I received was so detailed and everything was handled with professionalism and care. Rachel Cleaver's knowledge in sales is vast and Sarah French is a wonder for rentals. Both have guided me through a process with patience, efficiency and plenty of laughter too. I will always turn to them now for advice on any future business. I look forward to working with you all again soon!

Howkins & Harrison rentals let out my property for 16 years before Jamie & David in Sales sold it. In such difficult times Jamie & David kept me informed and enabled the sale to complete. I thoroughly recommend Howkins & Harrison.

Very impressed with Howkins & Harrison after being disappointed by so many other estate agents. Dealt with Jamie who was very professional from the start until the purchase was complete. Have referred them to other friends looking to buy in the area so if you're looking to buy then I would highly recommend them.

This was by far the fastest and most efficient service I ever received from an estate agency. Javed Rahman and Evie Kondracki made it possible for me to MOVE IN EXACTLY A WEEK AFTER I'd made an initial contact with the agency. Javed and Evie were incredibly professional, always in regular contact, friendly and genuinely caring. Thank you very much!

I had my house up with a different agent, and had no viewings in ten weeks. A friend told me about her experience with H&H and especially with David and Jamie, so I thought I would give them a try. David came round to value my house and gave me an honest appraisal of where the price should be and why I wasn't getting viewings, regarding the way it was being marketed. All of a sudden I was getting interest due to new photos and fresh advertising. I also met Jamie who was showing people the property, which sold on the second viewing. There were a few problems with other parts of the chain, but David and Jamie sorted this out and went above and beyond in my opinion. I would definitely use these guys again. I've brought and sold quite a few houses over the years, H&H are by far the best agents I have ever used, thanks again guys.
