It's coming up to 2 years off renting a property with Howkins & Harrison, i can honestly say what a great company and it's definitely down to the staff/agent's especially Nikki what a top guy he is very friendly polite and respectful , Nikki has been over to view the property a fair few times he always makes the visit's comfortable and any issue's within the property itself he has always seen to it straight away , couldn't thank you enough Nikki 10/10 from me .

GoogleMy wife called up a couple of weeks to ask to view a 4 bed property for rent in Daventry. Before they would let us view they asked my salary for affordability. They said they would call back to arrange a viewing and never did.
I am sorry to read of your frustration. We are overrun with requests to view any rental properties that we list so we check affordability before even registering applicants to be as fair as possible in the process. If you called and we already had the quota of viewings booked in (as agreed with the landlord), you should have been told that you were on a waiting list and that we would be in touch if the property was not let by one of the people already booked to view. If that didn’t happen on this occasion, I am sorry. Our team at Daventry work tirelessly on behalf of landlords and applicants and they are usually extremely clear about the process when the number of viewings has met it’s maximum. I wish you luck in finding a property and am sorry that you missed out on this property.

GoogleThe sale process was fairly simple as we were already renting the property but it took a long time to reach completion. We appreciate that the routine legal steps had to be followed but the simple transaction still took a very long time. Howkins & Harrison staff were at all times polite, courteous and helpful.
Our frustration is the same as yours with the legal process at present! We do all that we possibly can to move the conveyancing process forwards, and share your frustration. Congratulations on getting over the line.

Howkins & Harrison were excellent from start to finish in their assistance in buying and selling my property in Ashby de la Zouch. I was unfortunate to be in a chain where a few of the solicitors were poor and slowing things down. Jackie in particular was excellent in making things happen, contacting other solicitors and estate agents to get things moving when the solicitors were dawdling. She kept us up to date with everything that was going on. I have no doubt that without her help, the completion would have taken much longer to go through. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

I have found Howkins and Harrison, Atherstone branch, Residential letting sector, very efficient to deal with.Lisa, in particular has a most profession approach, always punctual for appointments, and is helpful with suggestions where improvements can be made to the property. She is very pleasant to work with and has an uncanny knack of finding the appropriate tenant for the property, leaving both land lord and tenant happy.
