I have used H & H Daventry to manage my properties for over 5 years now and they have been able to keep our occupancy levels high. They look after them completely and where maintenance is required they respond very quickly keeping me informed on the way. When we have a new tenant they deal with it seamlessly to get the best possible overall outcome.

The teams at the Northampton and Towcester branches were amazing. They truly saw how we had developed and dressed our period property in Bugbrooke, marketed it and achieved a sale price that we were very happy with.
