We instructed H&H Lutterworth branch for the sale of our home in a very difficult time in the market. There where a series of complications but Ali and the team managed to get the job done with complete professionalism and always a smile on the face.From start to finish, photos, viewings to sale we where always impressed with all of the services, at a competitive price.We where always kept in the loop with frequent updates via calls and emails. We have recently used the team at H&H Daventry and they have been wonderful, we sold our property as we was relocating out of the area. They have been nothing but supportive, the communication has been quick and consistent. In addition the customer service journey made an excellent one. We chose H&H after having some other local agents out however non of the other agents showed passion about the house we was selling like the team at H&H. Ali, Beth & Carly … wow what can I say! They were all amazing from start to finish on the purchase of our new home they all went above and beyond to make our dream come true! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we truly felt like they were rooting for us. Ali kept me informed of any updates and was liaising with people up and down the chain to help keep everything on track. We had a few bumps along the way and at times the girls must have felt like therapists having to help us through such a stressful time but we are so grateful! Thank you so much x

GoogleTerrible customer service and communication. Applied for a property and had to keep asking agent for updates; agent Melissa replied saying we would get notified once the landlord took a decision, but we never received such update. Now just found out said property has already been let. never seen anything so unprofessional before!!
I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed. I have checked with Melissa and unfortunately, as she explained at the time of your application, your credentials did not meet the requirements of the landlords, you were one of four applicants and the landlord decided to take a different applicant into the lease. Melissa assures me that you were informed of this decision as soon as it was made. Again, sorry that you are disappointed, but the review you have left does not match the communication on our records. We wish you luck finding premises.
