GoogleI have been using Howkins & Harrison for the last 9 years to find me Tenants for my property and complete the necessary referencing. They have always provided a prompt and reliable service, even though I was using them for Tenant finds only. I recently decided to switch to a fully managed service. There was no question of looking for an alternative Estate Agent. Over the years I have dealt with Mark Glenn whom I cannot fault. More recently, I have dealt with Javed Rahman and Evie Kondracki who have provided an equally excellent service. Thank you all.

We tried originally to sell our house but the market isn't great so decided to rent. Mark Glenn at the Northampton office sorted everything out & we had a tenant lined up within a couple of days at the full asking price. He explained the whole process to us being first time landlords & showed us what we needed to do & all the costs involved. We felt fully supported throughout the whole process & Mark made it all completely painless & we look forward to working with Howkins going forward.
