Julie specifically went above and beyond to ensure the process was as stress-free and efficient as possible. She was proactive and on hand to answer any questions or concerns. GoogleI rented a property through H & H. They carried out 'inspections' without prior notice. They entered the property on more than one occasion without permission. One of these 'inspections' they failed to secure the property and i at the time was away with work. My sister happened to drive past and noticed the front door open - and knowing I was away rang me to see if come home early... I hadn't. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and when I ended the rental and moved elsewhere they were VERY reluctant to provide me a receipt to prove I'd returned the keys. Stating it 'wasnt normal policy'. Given my negative experiences with them I wanted some proof that the keys had been returned - I don't think that's unreasonable - at least I had closed AND locked the door behind me! Not a company I'd be happy to deal with again. Not a company I'd recommend either.

GoogleWe recently rented a property from Howkins and Harrison and our letting negotiator Eesha was excellent. She was quick at communicating, very clear in what was requested from us. We also met the rest of the letting team and they are equally very professional. We had one small issue right at the start of our contract. It was dealt with very efficiently. We highly recommend Howkin and Harrison!

GoogleAlthough not selling through H&H the chain below was. The support from Karen throughout and especially on the day of exchange was invaluable. Karen persisted with our needs and exchanged on the day we hoped pulling it altogether on behalf of all the agents involved even though it wasn’t her responsibility. Karen went over and above what was needed. Would not hesitate to use H&H for a future house sale. Thanks for all the help!
