GoogleWe cannot recommend Nadine and Linda highly enough. From start to finish, they offered the most amazing support throughout our home-buying journey. They was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and reassure us whenever we had questions or concerns. Both Nadine and Linda truly went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and positive. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference, and we are so grateful for everything they did to help us buy our home!

We had the enormous good fortune to find a house that was being sold by Hoskins & Harrison, the branch in Lutterworth. We had the even greater good luck to have Lauren as our agent there, because she is brilliant. Everyone who helped us was superb, but Lauren was always communicative and professional. I wish all who need to go through the stressful process of buying and selling a house would have such a service.

Any questions we had, she answered straight away, and nothing was too much bother for her. Her communication is second to none and we were never left waiting around for email responses or call backs. GoogleWe have recently sold our house in Coleorton and from the time Billy Arckless, from the Ashby office, came out to value the property, Billy was professional, positive, proactive and helpful, ensuring that our sale was completed as smoothly as possible. Billy gave up out of hours time, missing the office Christmas drinks, to assist at the property after we had left but our buyers required supervised access to the property before final completion.

GoogleWe have been renting through H&H for over 8years and recently due to a change in management they have failed to remain professional, competent and polite to us as a family, not only myself but my father in law also who recently moved letting agents due to the manager's rude, abrupt, and unprofessional manner. We have been nothing but model tenants but the manager makes it clear if you speak up for yourself she will go out her way to cause nothing but grief for you. I would not recommend the Atherstone branch as a professional, trustworthy letting agent.
