GoogleSuperb service, always has been from my experience, I have dealt with stuart for many years, I trust him, and there’s not many agents i do to be honest, I’ve heard it all from some, stuart always advises brilliantly, great ideas, knowledgeable and honest. GoogleHowards have been our Lettings Agent for some 18 years. During that time they have produced accurate accounts, given full descripted information on the condition of the property and have handle both improvements to it and any disputes from it satisfactorily. However this year, due to a loss of a member of staff, a rental change was not dealt with promptly or my correspondence answered, until Jacquie Skipper stepped in and handled this well and as quickly as she could.

GoogleDan Overy was my initial contact at Howards - he did the valuation for probate purposes. His hands were itchy to get my authorisation to sell but the wait for probate was longer than expected. Eventually it came through, and within 5¼ HOURS I has an offer of the base price (the property was advertised as 'offers in excess of'). Within another ½ hour and two phone calls Georgia has increased the offer from the client first by £3K then another £2K. Howards had a qualified (already had their sale so could verify this potential purchase) viewing which I was keen on happening as it was the following day. Sophie called me with the news that this viewing brought an offer £10K over base price - offer accepted! You can't get better than selling a place - especially at £10K over what was base price - in just over a day. Brilliant service from lovely people.Quickest selling experience I've ever had.

GoogleWe are so grateful to Howards Estate Agents in Gorleston - we were in despair, since we had put up our house with another local agent all last year with no offers. But Howards were sensitive to the local market and helped us with pricing, presentation, and even held an open day which resulted in an offer. Every member of the Howards team is excellent and deserves praise, but we would like to single out Bobbie O'Sullivan, because there were so many twists and turns before the sale worked out, and Bobbie was always there to help things on, to reassure, to communicate, to liaise with the various agencies. She was supportive, imaginative and persistent - a true professional. Thank you, Bobbie - because of Howards and especially because of you we have achieved our dream of moving to Yorkshire.

GoogleHaving bought our property with Howard's 8 years ago, and been impressed, they were my "go to" choice when selling. Stuart's service back then was excellent, and this time round he and his team have been first class. From a prompt and sensible valuation, quick turnaround for photographs and videos, we could not ask for more. Viewings were managed by Georgia, who took the time to meet and greet potential buyers and give the tours. Great service. We even had viewings before we went "live" on the main websites. We are sold subject to contract, and have had several viewings, in little more than a week. Outstanding service.
