Nicola Ausden is amazing! If it wasn’t for her and all her chasing we would never have exchanged on our property! Nicola is a credit to the team at Howard’s estate agents and they should be lucky to have her. Shout out to all the team at Howard’s to for always answering my calls quickly and efficiently when Nicola was on the phone and it tripped over. Great work.

A massive thank you to Reece at the Lowestoft branch for his expertise and assistance in selling my home. He was nothing but cordial and forthcoming and helped exponentially. He is a valued asset to not only the branch, but to the company. I also had limited dealings with Mike, Charlotte, Sean and I think Ben? All of them were fantastic too, adhered to the current lockdown restrictions and were helpful in getting me what I needed. Highly recommended, I know who I'll be selling with once the time comes!

Even though we were marketing our property with another agent, we needed to consider transferring and re marketing. Mike at Lowestoft was extremely helpful and always professional, even though he knew he may not get our business. He gave freely of his time and his advice and was thoroughly professional. I have been working very closely with Nicola and Ben and despite having numerous hurdles to jump over, they were both always positive and driven to achieve the end goal. I was really pleased with how Howards sold my house so quickly. Friendly team and professional service. Tom who started the process by coming to take the photos was polite and caring, the viewings were well coordinated and then when the sale was going through Nicola, the Move Manager was really helpful and very easy to get on with, explaining the process and keeping in touch.
