GoogleCan’t recommend Howard’s enough, sold my property with them during the first lockdown & the property I bought was also through them. Had a very long & enduring probate case but they kept in touch with me all the way through. Thank you Mike & your team, you have all been superstars throughout this very difficult time ⭐️

GoogleAfter spending six months with another estate agent that amounted to 3 viewings, Howards sold our property (stc) on day 1 of us joining them. Though there might have been an element of luck in selling so quickly, the major difference between Howards and our previous estate agent was the quality of the service, the effective and friendly communication, and the professional care that all the staff have shown us. GoogleMy initial enquiry was handled professionally with a follow up friendly and polite email, but did not hassle me. Their marketing strategy seemed effective and the property sold in less than a week for the top price. Whilst you need the estate agent to be good at selling, I was really impressed with their relationship skills. They remembered details, names, relationships and circumstances, making it all feel very personal and that they were wanting to work for you as an individual rather than a 'sale'. .PositiveQuality

GoogleExcellent service all along, making the long distance move for my daughter and future son-in-law straightforward. Service from Sarah regarding initial teething problems at rental property were very promptly dealt with. Would highly recommend.
