GoogleArranging a viewing to see a property was seamless, then followed a meeting with the lovely Cara at the property. We were shown around the house in the most professional and friendly way. She was able to answer all the questions we asked and made us feel very 'at home'. Cara is a credit to Howards with her kind manner and welcoming nature. She didn't rush us and really sold the house for us! We later got back to her to put in our offer and in no time at all, she came back to us, where we confirmed the sale. Thank you Cara, you are the best!

GoogleCara is a true professional. She was extremely courteous and kept us informed at all stages of the process to successfully purchase a property that will be life changing for our family. She worked extremely hard for the vendors too and I feel we reached a fair conclusion. We would not hesitate in recommending Cara and would definitely use Howards in the future if we considered selling our house.

GoogleSam contacted me to leave a review of howards....lol never dealt with them... they gave me a quote for my house and never bothered to contact me again to see if they could sell my house. When i went into their estate agents in gt yarmouth i was ignored by staff sitting at their desks... i felt most uncomfortable and would NOT recommend them.. poor customer care/service.
