I am renting with Howards and they have been amazing. Firstly, I was moving from London and all the paperwork, video viewings were sorted remotely. I only picked up the keys. I had 2 issues in the property in 12 months, both resolved quickly (2 days and 1 day respectvely). I usually deal with Chloe and she is responsive and efficient. Also, no unnecessary communications! The repairs are reported online so you don't need to wait until office is open. All round - great service.
