Ms Lawn and the company did a huge favor for their customer who passed away last year. It's taken a while to reach out to everyone from here in the US to the UK. Even though the company lost contact with the property owner, they continued to do a good job and maintain the property. We signed up with Howards to sell our mums bungalow. In fairness we finally got very near to the asking price for the property, so they did their job. However, throughout the process, communication between them and us was awful. So much so that the sale nearly fell through at the last moment. I really must give one of your staff a huge mention. Carina Pelikan of your Great Yarmouth branch I believe. Carina has restored my faith in not only human nature but in the 'professional'. Our sale and purchase has taken about 10 months and has been a 'roller coaster' of misfortune, rogue buyers, and vendors who have rented without telling their buyer and similar complications. It's been a minefield beyond belief. Carina has bee exceptional!! She has gone way beyond that expected of anyone in her profession. Tenacity and professionalism are but two of the adjectives I would not hesitate to use in describing the service she has afforded us over this traumatic period.
