From day 1 until point of exchange we have nothing but praise for Howards estate agents. It comes across that the whole team work very closely together and in partnership with you as the seller. When it comes to selling your first home you look for honest advice and reliability and that’s exactly what we have received. Throughout the sale of our house, we dealt a lot with Sean who was always pleasant and professional and kept us updated. More recently we also spoke with Amy who I understand had only recently joined the team. Amy had caught herself up to speed with what was going on and remained proactive and professional with helping us get to the point of exchange ! I contacted Howard’s via the website to ask for a valuation. Georgia called me within two minutes and we discussed my situation. Within four days the house was on the market and I had already had an offer. Georgia has kept me in the loop at all times even with check in calls despite no progress so I didn’t worry. She is very professional, polite and chatty and is a pleasure to work with. An absolute asset to Howard’s and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Sean at Howards has been a great helping in finding me a property and keeping in touch when the vendor was difficult to get hold of. Also arranging a second viewing quickly for me. Plus always answers my questions quickly. Amy was very helpful in keeping me updated with the purchase and results from the searches, especially when my solicitors systems were down.

Superb letting agent. As a landlord I moved to Howards many years ago after a terrible experience with another agency. They have always been on the ball and have access to a wide contractor base which means maintenance work gets done promptly and at reasonable prices. All the staff are brilliant but I would particularly commend Jeremy (Smith) who goes above and beyond. Jeremy was very helpful when I needed a big job doing at the property and was brilliant at liaising with alternative contractors even though they weren't on Howard's books. Very pleased and will be sticking with Howard's in the future.

Howards helped me every step of the way with selling a family property and were able to guide and advise me in a friendly and approachable manner. Amy kept in regular contact with me keeping me informed at all times, which helped me greatly as I have not dealt with selling a property before. We have been with Howard's for 5 years renting.. In the past month I have had to contact them for some repair work and Jeremy Smith has been amazing. His customer service is second to none. He is always polite and friendly. Having staff like this makes such a huge difference. I think he is a credit to your team. Carly

Ben, Georgia and the whole sales team at Howard's have been an absolute delight. Honest, friendly and helpful to a fault. I originally got in touch with them regarding a property we wanted to buy, but they were also really helpful as we were on the market with another agency (who market themselves as the best in the area) and we're having a very bad experience in selling our property. They took a lot of stress out of a very stressful situation and went out of their way to help us. It was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend the sales team at Howard's to anyone looking to sell their property.
