It’s difficult to take Howard’s as an estate agency seriously, It’s primarily an auctioneers. These launch day shenanigans really are patronising. We were shown around the meadow way property and it was like a cattle market with people encroaching on our time slot. Then it was just a game with the highest bidder winning. Regardless of the customers position the highest bid won, Then a week or so later we were phoned to say the buyers had pulled out surprise surprise! I would strongly recommend you do what the other estate agents do and sell!

I write this review with a great deal of thanks to Howard’s Estate Agents and Sean in particular for there help and support through what has proven to be a very frustrating time over the long sale of our property. Howard’s acted in a professional and honest manner in getting our property onto the market to get it exchanged ready for completion, even though they knew that if our property was sold through another agency they wouldn’t receive any fee’s for there time and hard work, but still insisted on helping us to get our property sold. We had more calls and emails from Howard’s in that week, than we had in a month from the other estate agents we had our property up with. We can not thank them enough for their professionalism, skills and honesty in the manor that they have dealt with our house sale. Everyone at Howard’s have been incredibly helpful in supporting us with our first house purchase. We are currently purchasing a property through Howards. Not living local to Lowestoft has made the process of house hunting quite a challenge in the past few months and we really appreciated how Georgia was able to offer us the flexibility of a virtual viewing to enable us to see the property when our visit dates to Lowestoft didn’t match up with the open house date and therefore save us 6 hours driving and a whole lot of petrol! She has also been brilliant at communicating with us throughout the offer and acceptance stages and highly efficiently and honestly too!
