GoogleFirst class service from the off with Howards Beccles, Branch Manager Cara Hawkins. Cara was professional, efficient and one step ahead at all times. Everything we asked for was carried out with ease, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was clear and consistent. Our house was listed within 24 hours of the photoshoot. We opted for an open house and this was marketed expertly and 14 viewings were secured within days. GoogleWe recently purchased our first home through howards and found both Amber and Nadia exceptionally helpful, responsive and professional. First viewing wasn't for us but we were contacted when another one came back on the market which we now own. It's a busy office so calls sometimes go through to somewhere else, but always got a call back soon after leaving a message. Purchase went through so quickly and we weren't selling but our short experience with Howards was a pleasure. GoogleI received a very good service from Howards from the outset. All staff I have had dealings with when selling my home have been very professional and helpful. Amy has kept me informed of how my house sale was progressing and was happy to contact both my Solicitors and my (very slow moving) buyers Solicitors to move the sale forward. I would have no hesitation in using Howards again in the future.

GoogleWe have had an amazing experience with Howard’s in Lowestoft. The team have been great however Lara has been a pleasure work with and nothing has been too much trouble. She understood the situation we were in and was happy to help. Clear communication which I haven’t previously had with other estate agents. GoogleWe have been with Howards for 1 year, whenever there have been any problems all the staff have sorted it out very well. This last time Rachel Downes had got the plumbing problem replaced with new within 48 hours . We would recommend them to anyone. We reported a problem with our smoke alarms to Chloe Snell at Howards estate & letting in Gorleston. Within 3 hrs Sparky's Electrical called & found the problem. The next day they fitted 2 new smoke alarms & a CO alarm, & done a very good job. Chloe acted very promptly & professionally Again excellent service. Thanks very much Chloe.
